Framework Contract General Store Items Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of stationery, printing and publication, other store items, computer stationery, miscellaneous items and third-party services. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically. Bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated bid value is required in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Call Deposit, Pay Order or online payment and shall remain valid for 120 days. Eligible companies, firms, suppliers and service providers must possess active NTN, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax registrations. Taxes shall be deducted according to applicable government rules.
