Management Operation Hostel Mess Services Tender Notice
Description
Contract for management and operation of hostel mess services for Jinnah Hostel, Iqbal Hostel and Tipu Hostel serving approximately 250 students. Only experienced catering and mess contractors may participate. Separate rates per person per day shall be quoted according to the prescribed menu. The contract period is one year for the academic session 2026-27 and bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated price is required in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order. Original bid security must be submitted before bid opening. The competent authority may reject all bids before acceptance. Construction firms and firms without relevant catering or mess management experience shall not be considered.
