Hiring Vehicles Monthly Rental Basis Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of vehicles on a monthly rental basis for office use and project site visits. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms, companies and proprietors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and possessing a valid NTN may participate. Bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated cost shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and no physical financial instrument will be accepted. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Pro Tip: This procurement covers vehicle rental, car hire, transport services, fleet management, official transport, monthly vehicle leasing and transportation support services for government projects.
