Environment And Climate Awareness Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of firms for production of an animated web series on environment and climate awareness, development and deployment of augmented reality applications, organization of TED Talks and Model United Nations sessions, and province-wide street theatre campaigns on environment and climate awareness. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically with a bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost through the digital banking facility. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Eligible firms registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments may participate, while joint ventures and consortiums are not permitted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rules.
