Provision Supporting Staff Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of supporting staff services for the Strategic Management Unit through a framework contract on an as-and-when-required basis using unit rates quoted by the successful bidder. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order, with a scanned copy uploaded electronically and the original submitted before bid opening. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors registered with the relevant registration authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and SECP and possessing relevant experience may participate. Joint ventures are not permitted.
