Hiring Of Vehicles On Rental Basis Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for hiring four rental vehicles with drivers having engine capacity of 2200cc to 3000cc for the ETI Land Titling Project. Eligible registered rental transport companies and firms shall provide vehicles meeting the specified model and seating requirements. Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure under GB PPRA Rules 2022 shall be adopted. Bidders must submit incorporation documents, experience, financial statements, tax registration, affidavit of non-blacklisting, backup support facilities, fuel management details, tender fee of Rs. 6000 and refundable bid security of Rs. 300000 in the form of bank draft. Technical evaluation requires a minimum score of 70% before financial evaluation. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 11:30 AM.
