Stationery General Items Vehicle Spare Parts Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply of stationery items, miscellaneous general items and repair or supply of vehicle spare parts during the financial year 2026-2027. Separate sealed bids may be submitted for each category using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Rule 39(a) of GBPPRA Rules 2022. Bidders must have an operational sales center, shop or workshop in Gilgit City, at least three years of relevant experience, updated bank statement, scheduled bank call deposit equal to 5% of the total bid, firm registration, CNIC copy, computerized rates, non-blacklisting affidavit and treasury challan for tender document fee. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives according to the respective schedule.
