Trout Carp Fish Feed Procurement Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of fish feed including Trout feed and Carp feed under the approved project for support to enhanced production through up-gradation and expansion of existing fish farmers and hatcheries and promotion of small scale fish farming. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising separate Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. Sealed computerized bids are required from well reputed firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers, agents, suppliers and contractors. Technical proposals will be opened first and financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened thereafter. Relevant work experience, firm registration certificate, FBR registration documents and attested registration copies are required. Interested bidders for Trout feed must possess valid authorized dealership from the relevant national trout feed producing agency and submit original dealership certificate with NTN and FBR registration documents. A bid security of 2% Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank in favor of the procuring authority is mandatory with the financial proposal and a photocopy must accompany the technical proposal. Lot based bidding procedure shall be adopted. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:30 AM after bid submission at 11:00 AM. Supplies may be inspected, tested and rejected if found non-compliant and replacement shall be required. Delivery is required to Kargah Trout Farm and Hatchery, Goru Trout Complex and Nalter Trout Farm. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject bids in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
