Emergency Transport Medicines Gases Stationery Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for repair and maintenance of transport and equipment, drugs and medicines, oxygen cylinder and dry chemical powder gas refilling, miscellaneous items and office stationery for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from well reputed contractors, authorized dealers, suppliers and registered firms. Single Stage One Envelope procedure under GB PPRA Rules 2022 shall be followed. Bid security in the prescribed amount is mandatory. Tender documents in hard and soft copies are available until 24 July 2026 upon payment of the prescribed non-refundable treasury fee. Bids received after the closing date and time shall not be entertained. Pro Tip: This procurement includes ambulance maintenance, vehicle repair, medicine supplies, oxygen cylinders, dry chemical powder refilling, emergency response consumables, office stationery and rescue service support materials.
