Transport Repair Medical Supplies Fire Suppression Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for repair of transport, purchase of medicine supplies, and refilling of oxygen, carbon dioxide, dry chemical powder fire extinguishers, Halotron and AFFF for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from authorized registered distributors and suppliers. Bids shall be submitted using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under GBPPRA Rules 2022 with separate Technical and Financial Proposals enclosed in one package. Tender documents are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4000 until 24 July 2026. Earnest money in the prescribed amount through demand draft or pay order from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Bidders must submit a non-blacklisting affidavit, possess the required shop and relevant experience, and provide complete supporting documents. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under GBPPRA Rule 36(1).
