Road Metalling Forest Buildings Construction Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of civil works including metalling of roads at multiple locations in Yasin Sumal, construction of DEO House at Gahkuch, construction of DFO Office at Gahkuch and construction of RFO House and Office at Gupis under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible firms and contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category may participate. Bidding documents are available upon payment of the prescribed non-refundable tender fee. Bidders shall submit earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank. Valid PEC registration, departmental renewal, litigation clearance, project-specific power of attorney, CNIC and other prescribed documents are mandatory. Additional performance guarantee requirements apply for abnormally low bids. Bids shall be opened according to the scheduled dates and times in accordance with GBPPRA Rules.
