Hospital Medicines Stores Support Services Tolti Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for local purchase of medicines, stationery and printing items, ORD store supplies, vehicle spare parts, motorcycle spare parts, engine oil, firewood, LPG, miscellaneous items and ration supply for patients under regular and development funds for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed tenders are invited from eligible bidders. Procurement shall be subject to budget availability. Refundable Call Deposit Receipt in favor of the DDO Civil Hospital Tolti is mandatory. Supplied items must strictly conform to the approved specifications and quality and no change in the approved items or quality shall be permitted after award of the contract. Medicine suppliers shall submit separate rate lists for national and multinational pharmaceutical companies and must possess their own licensed medical store with a valid Drug Regulatory Authority licence. Quotations offering rates substantially above or below prevailing market rates shall not be accepted. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender with reasons. In case the opening date falls on a public or local holiday, bids shall be opened on the next working day at the same time.
