Supply Of Medicines Hospital Stores And Support Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for local purchase of medicines, stationery and printing items, vehicle spare parts, motorcycle spare parts, engine oil, ORD store supplies, firewood, LPG, miscellaneous items and transportation of medicines to health facilities in District Kharmang under regular and development funds for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed tenders are invited from eligible bidders. Procurement shall be subject to budget availability. Refundable Call Deposit Receipt in favor of the DDO District Health Office Kharmang is mandatory. Medicine suppliers shall submit separate rate lists for national and multinational pharmaceutical companies and must possess their own licensed medical store with a valid Drug Regulatory Authority licence. Supplied items must strictly conform to the approved specifications and quality. Quotations offering rates substantially above or below prevailing market rates shall not be accepted. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender with reasons. In case the opening date falls on a public or local holiday, bids shall be opened on the next working day at the same time.
