Independent Transaction Advisory Consultancy Services Tender Notice
Description
Request for proposals is invited for hiring an independent transaction advisor firm to provide legal, financial and technical evaluation of the revised proposal regarding amalgamation of OPF Greens, OPF Town and Urban Enclave. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS Version 2.0 using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Open Competitive Bidding with the Quality and Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible consultancy firms registered on EPADS may participate. Proposals must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit or Demand Draft and submitted electronically through EPADS. Manual submissions shall not be accepted. Pro Tip: This consultancy assignment includes transaction advisory, legal evaluation, financial analysis, technical evaluation, due diligence, project assessment and public sector consultancy services.
