Human Resource Outsourcing Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Bids are invited for provision of Human Resource outsourcing services under a framework contract. Eligible firms, companies and service providers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax may participate. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Separate technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 2,038.54 million with bid security of PKR 41.00 million. A pre-bid discussion will be held on 16 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. All bids must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security and submitted through the e-procurement portal. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day.
