General Store Miscellaneous Items Third Party Services Tender Notice
Description
E-bids are invited from firms, general order suppliers, manufacturers and service providers for supply of general store and miscellaneous items and third party services under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement covers stationery, printing and publication, other stores, computer stationery, miscellaneous items and payment for services rendered. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the single stage two envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids are required with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated bid value valid for 120 days. Active NTN, Sales Tax Registration and Punjab Sales Tax registration are mandatory. Negotiations are not expected. Pro Tip: This procurement includes office stationery, computer stationery, printing materials, general stores, miscellaneous supplies and outsourced services under an electronic framework contract.
