Hospital Consumables Medical Store Items Framework Tender Notice
Description
Lot-wise electronic bids are invited under a framework contract for procurement of dental materials, biomedical equipment and related accessories, printing materials, stationery, computer stationery, general store items, medical gases and X-ray films for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Eligible bidders must possess valid NTN, GST, PST, Professional Tax registration, Active Taxpayer status, no blacklisting record and legal authorization to conduct business in Punjab. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 20 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must quote all items within the selected lot, otherwise the bid shall be rejected. Bid securities ranging from Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 150,000 are prescribed according to each lot. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically and opened on the scheduled date.
