Hvac Toilet Exhaust System Rehabilitation Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited for rehabilitation and improvement of the HVAC infrastructure including rehabilitation and improvement of the toilet exhaust system in different directorates at Headquarters Pakistan Airports Authority, Jinnah International Airport Karachi. Procurement shall be conducted under PPRA Rule 36(a) through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Financial Category C-6 or above with specialization ME-01 and be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 along with mandatory hard copies of the bidding documents, sealed financial proposal and original bid security of Rs. 100,000. Bids not accompanied by acceptable bid security shall be rejected. Pro Tip: This procurement covers HVAC rehabilitation, ventilation systems, exhaust systems, mechanical engineering works, building services, air handling infrastructure and facility maintenance works.
