Electronic bids are invited under National Competitive Bidding for repair and construction of retaining and flank walls downstream of the X-Regulator of Unhar Canal at Mile 09 under the ADP Scheme 2025-2026. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended 2019). Eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, FBR and Sindh Revenue Board may participate. Tender fee is Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount in the form of Call Deposit. Financial statements, tax returns, affidavits, relevant construction experience, machinery and technical staff are mandatory. Technical bids will be opened on the scheduled date and a second schedule is provided in case of no response. Pro Tip: This procurement covers canal infrastructure, retaining walls, flank walls, civil works, irrigation construction, hydraulic structures and heavy construction services.
