Ztbl Head Office Exterior Uplifting Works Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited for hiring a contractor to undertake uplifting of the exterior of the ZTBL Main Building at Head Office Islamabad. Eligible firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. Bidding documents are available from the Procurement Department on payment of Rs. 2,000 or may be downloaded free of cost from the ZTBL website and EPADS. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS while original bid security and required affidavits must be delivered before bid closing. Pro Tip: This procurement includes building renovation, façade improvement, exterior refurbishment, civil maintenance, commercial building upgrading and construction services.
