Park Amusement Facilities Lease Tender Notice
Description
Sealed bids are invited for leasing amusement facilities including boating services with paddle boats and motor boats at Greater Iqbal Park and Jillani Park, golf cart services at Greater Iqbal Park and Jillani Park, buggi service with horses at Greater Iqbal Park, jumping castle facilities at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park and photography rights at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park for a period of three years extendable for a similar term. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested parties having relevant experience and valid NTN with active filer status may obtain bidding documents on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 for each entity. Technical proposals shall include experience, company profile, tax registration and financial worth documents. Bid security in the form of CDR or Pay Order shall accompany the technical proposal. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened later.
