Satellite Data Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Bids are invited through PPRA EPADS for procurement of satellite data services for the GLOF-II Early Warning System network in Gilgit-Baltistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Eligible firms, companies, telecommunication operators, satellite communication service providers, system integrators and authorized satellite airtime resellers may participate. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the bid value in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favour of the Director General Pakistan Meteorological Department. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value. Original and electronic bids are both required.
