Power Cables Conductors Supply Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited for procurement of grounding conductor 95mm, aluminium conductor 600 MCM and 1000 MCM, single core 500 MCM power cable and control cables of 4x2.5mm2, 8x2.5mm2, 16x2.5mm2 and 4x6mm2 for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers registered with DISCOs, NTDC, WAPDA, GENCOs or PPMC shall submit electronic bids through EPADS Version 2.0. Bids must be accompanied by the prescribed bid guarantee in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft with original bid guarantee submitted before the bid submission deadline. Bid validity shall remain 60 days with bid guarantee valid for an additional 28 days. Valid type test reports in accordance with NTDC Type Test Policy 2023 are mandatory.
