Electrical Distribution Materials Supply Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited on a national competitive bidding basis for supply of insulated wasp conductors, static energy meters, LT TOU AMI smart energy meters, HT TOU AMI smart energy meters, current transformers, repairable and irrepairable distribution transformers, dropout cutouts, HT and LT spun hollow poles, galvanized steel structures, ACSR Osprey conductor, AAC Wasp conductor, insulated Osprey, Ant, Rabbit and Dog conductors, 11 KV single core cable, 15 KV XLPE cable, PG connectors, stay rods, transformer trolleys, bolts and nuts, washers and transformer oil on free delivery to consignee stores at designated LESCO facilities. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under national competitive bidding. Eligible pre-qualified or registered manufacturers and suppliers with LESCO, DISCOs, NTDC or GENCOs and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments may participate. Electronic bids shall be uploaded through E-PADS while original bid bond or guarantee shall be submitted in hard copy before the closing time. Bid security, performance guarantee and other requirements shall be as specified in the bidding documents.
