Local Purchase Medicines Surgical Disposable Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines, surgical items and disposable items including supplies for Social Welfare Medicine and Sehat Sahulat Program or any similar revived program for FY 2026-27. Eligible bidders shall possess a valid drug sale licence under the Drug Act 1976 and Punjab Drug Rules. Procurement shall be made according to the Punjab Medicine Formulary, PPRA Rules and Health Department operational guidelines. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial proposals. Bid security of Rs. 160,000 representing 2% of the estimated cost of Rs. 8 million shall be submitted in the office of the Medical Superintendent. Technical proposals will be downloaded on the same day and financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened thereafter. In case of an official holiday, the next working day shall be treated as the closing date.
