Independence Day Event Arrangements Works Tender Notice
Description
Arrangement works for Independence Day celebrations on 14 August 2026 under Municipal Committee Mandi Bahauddin. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders shall upload bids electronically and submit the original Bank of Punjab bid security receipt before the closing time. Contractors shall possess valid registrations with PEC, SECP, FBR, PRA and other relevant authorities. Successful bidders shall provide 10% performance guarantee and additional performance security where applicable under Punjab Local Government Works Rules 2017. Item-wise rates are mandatory and incomplete, ambiguous or unsigned bids shall be rejected. In case of fake documents bidders shall be disqualified or blacklisted.
