Hospital Laboratory Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of laboratory items for FY 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost with validity of 90 days shall be submitted in the prescribed forms including Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque. Samples, valid agency agreement or distribution certificate and quality certification are mandatory for hematology reagents. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are required and applicable taxes shall be deducted. Pro Tip: This procurement includes laboratory consumables, pathology supplies, hematology reagents, diagnostic products, laboratory equipment support materials and hospital testing supplies.
