Annual Operation Repair Maintenance Hvac System Tender Notice
Description
Annual operation, repair and maintenance contract for a 702-ton capacity HVAC system installed at the new building, without spare parts, including maintenance materials and consumables for a period of one year (12 months) for FY 2026-27. Detailed scope of work is provided in the bidding documents. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage - Two Envelopes procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Bidders shall submit technical and financial proposals electronically in PDF format. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bids will not be opened. Bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost shall be submitted electronically through the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement method. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from bid opening. Hard copies are not required. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected or wrongly submitted electronic bids shall be rejected. In case of an official holiday, bid opening shall take place on the next working day at the same time.
