Hospital Canteen Parking Contract Auction Shah Pur Tender Notice
Description
Auction for canteen and parking contracts at THQ Hospital Shah Pur for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at 10:30 AM. Refundable security deposits shall be submitted in the name of the Medical Superintendent through a bank guarantee or other acceptable instrument issued by a domestic or foreign bank. The security deposit for the canteen contract is Rs. 25,000 and for the parking contract is Rs. 70,000. The successful bidder shall deposit the full contract amount immediately after acceptance of the bid and shall pay all applicable government taxes. The contract shall remain valid until 30-06-2027. Application forms may be obtained from the Procurement Office on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000. Procurement shall be governed by the applicable PPRA Rules and auction terms and conditions.
