Faq Wheat Central Jail Faisalabad Supply Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the supply of Fair Average Quality (FAQ) wheat free from dust and foreign matter for the financial year 2026-27 in an estimated quantity of 50,000 kilograms. The estimated quantity may increase or decrease according to actual requirements. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-PADS) using electronic bidding under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules. Eligible bidders registered on E-PADS may participate by submitting electronic bids and the original CDR with the required documents before the prescribed closing time, failing which the bid shall be declared technically non-responsive. Wheat shall conform to the prescribed specifications and food quality standards and laboratory testing may be carried out after supply. Bidders debarred under the Punjab Procurement Rules are not eligible to participate. The successful bidder shall execute the contract and furnish a Performance Guarantee equal to 2% of the contract value under Rule 56. All applicable taxes, transportation, loading, unloading and delivery expenses shall be borne by the contractor. The wheat shall be supplied in 50-kilogram bags with the approved monogram.
