Security Surveillance Transport Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of security surveillance services, transport services, event management and security support services, and outdoor SMD LED screen services for religious and national events. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders shall be registered on E-PADS and submit electronic bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Electronic bid security equal to 5% of the estimated procurement value is mandatory and no physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee shall be accepted. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory. Taxes and stamp duty shall be deducted according to government rules. In case of a public holiday, bids shall be opened on the next working day.
