Framework contract for the purchase of PBM funded national medicines, multinational medicines, surgical items and orthopedic items for the financial year 2026-2027. Electronic bidding shall be conducted through the Open Competitive Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible medicine firms and pharmacies holding a valid pharmacy retail drug sale licence, registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List may participate. Separate bids shall be submitted as specified in the bidding documents on the basis of discount rates from retail or market prices. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost valid for 180 days is mandatory. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the submission date. Pro Tip: This procurement includes pharmaceuticals, medicines, surgical supplies, orthopedic products, hospital medicines, healthcare consumables and medical procurement for public healthcare services.
