Description
Procurement of digital interventions and IT infrastructure including Central Control Unit (CCU) solution for digital interventions, rack mount servers, Storage Area Network expansion for the primary site, Storage Area Network expansion for the disaster recovery site, Layer II network switches for the CCU room, Veeam licenses and assessment of contact centre options. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Registered bidders may obtain bidding documents through the EPADS portals. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date.
