General Maintenance Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Hire a firm for general maintenance and janitorial services at the head office and allied premises in Islamabad. Electronic bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rules 2004 Rule 36(b). Eligible firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List may participate. Bidding documents are available from the Procurement Department and may also be downloaded free of cost from the official websites. Electronic bid submission through PPRA EPADS is mandatory. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Original bid security and original affidavits must be delivered before the submission deadline. Bid document price is Rs. 2,000. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date.
