It Equipment Internet Facilitation Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure IT equipment and internet facilitation for the Law Faculty. Electronic bidding shall be conducted through PPRA ePADS using the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rule 36(b). Eligible dealers and firms registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department and the Balochistan Revenue Authority may participate. Tender documents are available through the PPRA portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through ePADS together with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 payable through Pay Order, Banker's Cheque or deposit in the specified HBL account. Bid security equal to 5% of the quoted amount in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favour of the University of Turbat must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Faxed, emailed and incomplete bids shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the submission date. Pro Tip: This procurement includes information technology equipment, IT hardware, networking equipment, internet connectivity, internet facilitation, digital infrastructure, computer equipment and related technology supplies for academic facilities.
