Hiring Transportation Services Insecticidal Treated Nets Tender Notice
Description
Hire transportation services for delivery of Insecticidal Treated Nets (ITNs) to selected merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the ITNs Mass Campaign under the Global Fund Malaria Grant. Bidding shall be conducted through National Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended). Eligible legally registered transport service providers with relevant transportation experience, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue may participate. Bidding documents may be downloaded or collected free of cost. A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Written queries must be submitted by email not later than five days before the bid submission deadline. A refundable bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of Bank Demand Draft, Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee must accompany the technical bid. Submission through the PPRA EPADS system is mandatory. Sealed bids may be submitted by registered mail, courier service or by hand. Technical and financial bids shall be processed under the prescribed two-envelope procedure. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date.
