Framework Contract Medicines Surgical Disposable Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of multinational medicines, national medicines, surgical items and disposable medical items for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible institutional pharmacies, pharmacy chains, distributors and firms holding a valid Category A retail drug sale licence issued in District Rawalpindi, registered on E-PADS and with the relevant tax authorities may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through the Open Competitive Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended 2022) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Health and Population Department, PPRA and Punjab E-PADS websites. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated budget, valid for 180 days, in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the submission date.
