Framework Contracts Hospital Supplies Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for general items, medical gases, transport services, printing and publication items, stationery items, X-ray films and chemicals, local purchase of medicines, surgical disposables, laboratory reagents, laboratory kits, dialysis items and dental items for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidding shall be conducted on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis through Punjab E-Procurement. Eligible distributors, registered contractors, general order suppliers and firms registered with Sales Tax, PRA and Income Tax Departments may participate. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each package is mandatory and must be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the submission date. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended).
