Third Party Performance Audit Consultancy Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of consultancy services for selection of an internationally reputed consulting firm to conduct a third-party performance audit of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with the Quality and Cost Based Selection technique under the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible consultants registered on EPADS may participate. Electronic submission through EPADS v2.0 is mandatory. Proposals shall be accompanied by the required bid security or bid securing declaration. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on the submission date.
