Human Resource Policy Review Consultancy Services Tender Notice
Description
Selection of consultants or firms to provide consultancy services for review of human resource policies and manuals under a framework contract. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with KPPRA rules for consulting services. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 21 July 2026 at 3:00 PM. Electronic submission through EPADS is mandatory and manual submissions shall not be accepted. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on the submission date.
