Framework Procurement Hospital Goods Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of X-ray films, stationery, biomedical gases, general store items, uniforms, protective clothing, medical waste items, bedding and clothing, electrical items, air conditioning materials, biomedical accessories and instruments, orthopedic and neurosurgery implants and instruments, photocopy machines, computer accessories, IT items, repair of medical and laboratory equipment, repair and maintenance of IT equipment, internet services, repair of vehicles and repair of plant and machinery. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-PADS using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible manufacturers, sole distributors, general order suppliers, authorized agents and importers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities may participate. Electronic bid submission through E-PADS is mandatory. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated quoted price shall be submitted in original before the submission deadline. Bid validity shall be 180 days.
