Independent Third Party Performance Evaluation Services Tender Notice
Description
Expression of Interest for independent third-party performance evaluation of incumbents of SPPS positions in ministries, divisions and departments in accordance with international best practices. Eligible human resource management firms, management consultancy firms and chartered accountancy firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue may participate. EOI documents shall be submitted electronically through e-PADS only. Manual submissions shall not be accepted. The procurement includes a Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Pro Tip: This procurement covers performance evaluation, human resource consultancy, organizational assessment, management consulting, governance evaluation, public sector performance assessment and institutional review services.
