Winter Spring Flower Seeds Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contract for procurement of winter and spring flower seeds including all required seed species and quantities specified in the bidding documents. Eligible tax registered firms, authorized distributors, dealers and importers shall submit electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Item wise lowest rates shall be accepted and bidding shall follow the single stage single envelope procedure. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required, performance guarantee may be required, supplies shall be delivered to the designated site, and the procuring agency may increase or decrease the quantity by 15%. Pro Tip: The procurement includes flower seeds, seasonal seeds, ornamental plants, horticulture supplies, landscaping materials and nursery products suitable for seed suppliers, horticulture companies, agricultural distributors and landscaping contractors.
