Description
Annual framework contract for procurement of rental services and goods including tractor and hydraulic tractor trolley hiring, Mazda and Hyundai vehicles on rent, tents and shamianas on rent, flex streamers, stationery items, Pakistani and Kashmiri flags, flowers, sweets, refreshment boxes, water, juice, printed forms, documents, chona, hurmchi, distemper, cleanliness materials, razor and barbed wire, temporary shuttering pipes, sports festival materials, temporary lighting and strychnine medicine for stray dog control. Eligible tax registered firms shall submit electronic bids through Punjab e-Procurement under the single stage two envelope procedure. Bid security of 3% shall be submitted electronically, hard copies are not required, and bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day. Pro Tip: The procurement covers event management supplies, rental equipment, lighting, stationery, sanitation materials, public event infrastructure, transport equipment and municipal operational goods for suppliers, contractors and service providers.
