Annual Framework Contract Municipal Goods Rental Services Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contract for procurement of tractor and hydraulic tractor trolley rental services, Mazda and Hyundai vehicle hiring, tents, shamianas, flex streamers, stationery items, Pakistani and Kashmiri flags, flowers, sweets, refreshment boxes, water, juice, printed forms, documents, chona, hurmchi, distemper, cleanliness materials, razor and barbed wire, temporary shuttering pipes, sports festival materials, temporary lighting and strychnine medicine for stray dog control. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the single stage two envelope procedure. Bid security equivalent to 3% of the estimated value shall be submitted electronically and hard copies are not required. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day.
