Police Operational Supplies Equipment Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of sports items, hot and cold equipment, entertainment and gift items, beds and boxes, miscellaneous items, other stores, exhibition and fair items, lubricants, office stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication items, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, feeding and keeping items and miscellaneous operational supplies for the financial year 2026-2027. Electronic bids shall be submitted through E-PADS under the single stage two envelope procedure. Original bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order, and performance guarantee of 1% to 5% shall be furnished upon award. Technical samples or brochures are mandatory and bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
