Solid Waste Machinery Fabrication Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of solid waste machinery including supply and fabrication of mini tipper or dipper with 1.5 cubic meter capacity, front end loader and back hoe, and hydraulic tipping trolleys with 5 ton capacity. The department will provide the chassis, tractors and related vehicles where specified. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial proposals. Eligible manufacturers and fabricators must possess valid NTN, GST and 3S facilities for sales, service and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in the form of Call Deposit Receipt in favour of TMO TMA Havelian shall be submitted before bid closing. Technical bids will be opened at 02:00 PM on the closing date while financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later after evaluation. All rates shall be quoted on FOR delivery basis and the successful bidder shall provide operational training.
