Procurement of raw ration and miscellaneous items for prisoners for the financial year 2026-27 including wheat flour - ghee - tea leaves - fresh beef - seasonal vegetables - fresh milk - packed milk - sugar - sela rice - joshi rice - firewood - iodized salt - onion - potatoes - tomatoes - ready-to-cook chicken - fresh eggs - raisins - zarda colour - ice - dal channa - dal masoor - dal mash - white channa - vermicelli - curry powder - condiments - sharbat - large tandoor - LED electric bulbs - LED flash or flood lights - cooking of deg - mustard oil - phenyl - country soap - bamboo tellies - unslaked lime - lobia - whole moong - suji - dates - lemons - garlic and rebate on medicines and test kits. Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and KP-PPRA and submit bids through E-PADS using the e-procurement system. A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated tender value in the form of CDR issued by a scheduled bank must be uploaded and the original deposited before bid opening. Performance security equal to 5% of the contract value in the form of CDR shall be required from the successful contractor. Technical and financial bids are to be submitted online and bids will be opened online at 11:00 AM before the committee representatives. The estimated procurement value is approximately PKR 100,000,000 and all applicable taxes shall be paid according to government policy. Supplies must be delivered to the District Jail Swat Deorhi Gate and non-performance or substandard supplies may result in penalties, recovery, blacklisting and legal action.
