Maintenance Of Irrigation Canals Drainage And Tube Wells Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of annual maintenance and repair works for irrigation canals, distributaries, minors, hydraulic structures, drainage systems, flood damage restoration, electrical and mechanical portions of lift irrigation schemes and irrigation tube wells under the jurisdiction of Pehur Irrigation Sub Division and Maira Irrigation Sub Division during 2026-27. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration with relevant specialization codes CE-04, CE-09, EE-11(i)(vi), ME-05(i) and ME-07(v), active KPRA registration, active FBR status and Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa enlistment. Contractors shall upload bid documents, BOQ, CDR and mandatory documents in a single PDF and submit the original Call Deposit Receipt separately before bid closing. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 22-07-2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on 27-07-2026 and remain valid for 90 days.
