Solid Waste Machinery Fabrication Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of solid waste machinery including supply and fabrication of tractor four-wheel drive front end loader and back hoe, mini tippers with 1 to 1.5 cubic meter capacity and tractor trolleys. The chassis shall be supplied by the procuring entity. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial proposals. Eligible manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers and firms must possess valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration and 3S facilities for sales, service and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Original bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in the form of Call Deposit Receipt in the name of TMO TMA Pishtakhara shall be submitted before bid closing. Technical bids will be opened at 02:00 PM on the closing date while financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later after evaluation. Successful bidders shall provide operational training and all rates shall be quoted on FOR delivery basis.
